What to expect
The Wellness Bootcamp is a four-week remote program packed with engaging content focused on increasing team productivity and teaching tactical ways to reduce stress & anxiety while working remotely.
The Wellness Bootcamp covers fitness, mental health, career development, and financial wellness in a weekly virtual programming environment. Virtual programming includes a newsletter with content and curated resources delivered straight to your team's inbox on a weekly basis, as well as weekly live virtual events.

Wellness Newsletter: Understanding Wellness as a Whole - covering the importance of being intentional about your health and how your wellness is affected by many different factors across physical wellbeing, mental health, continuous learning, financial wellbeing, and social wellness
Wellness Newsletter: Fitness & Working Out from Home
Live Virtual Event: Team Workout with Trainer - FORMA MVMT's team workouts are fun and engaging team-building experiences. Eleven different team workouts are available for you to choose from, details on each class available here.
Wellness Newsletter: Mental Health and Mindfulness
Live Virtual Event: 1-Hour Overcoming Stress Workshop - focused on tangible methodologies for overcoming stress and stressful situations. Activities are provided throughout to complete at home in real-time, giving attendees the tools they need to implement into their routines and at work. Alternative workshops available.
Wellness Newsletter: Career & Professional Development - covering working and leading remotely, building resilience, and creating a career strategy.
Live Virtual Event: 1-Hour Virtual Career Development Workshop - option to choose between The Career Strategy Workshop (workshop where employees are led through an exercise to get more clarity on their career goals and create a plan to bring it to life) or a speaker series with a leader within or outside of your organization (moderated by thelighthouse and highlighting the career story(s) of relevant leaders inside or outside your organization to share career stories and lessons to inspire, motivate, and empower your employees).

Live Virtual Event: 1-Hour Personal Finance 101 Workshop - featuring an introduction to the five most important money moves your employees should be making, and the five areas of personal finance that people tend to be the most concerned about.
