We offer two program flows customized to our participant groups. With both offerings, the session starts with a ~5min grounding meditation to bring everyone into an engaging headspace. Then:
For Leadership (groups up to 15): Our Therapist leads an interactive presentation focused on addressing racism at work and providing tangible methodologies for leaders to provide safe spaces to learn, advocate, and grow. Attendees are encouraged to engage throughout the program, sharing anecdotes and stories with the group, digging deep to work through problems and grow as a unit
For the workforce (no attendee limit): Our Therapist leads a presentation focusing on tangible methodologies for addressing racism at work and providing safe spaces to learn, advocate, and grow. Activities are provided throughout to complete at home in real-time, giving attendees the tools they need to implement into their routines and at work
All presentations are followed by a live Q&A with the therapist. Questions may be submitted beforehand via the provided questionnaire or during the live workshop itself.
